MORPh’s Mentoring Programme overall objectives are:
Each participant (Mentee) will be able to choose a pharmacist (Mentor) currently working within Primary Care, from a list relevant to the level they’re currently working at/working towards, to provide a deeper understanding and insight into developing their role.
There will be three levels to the programme to reflect the different levels/skills and experiences of the mentor and mentee.

Experienced Level
Mira’s journey has been a rewarding experience and through her role as a MORPH associate, she is looking forward to succeeding in raising awareness with evidence-based examples of what an important part a pharmacy technician is in a pharmacy team. Mira aims to help Pharmacy Technicians progress in their respective carriers.
Entry Level
Kalpna enjoys her work as a primary care pharmacist as part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team which include junior pharmacists, technicians , physician associates as well as GPs and nurses. She is a general practice based pharmacist with a good working knowledge in Diabetes, Asthma , COPD, Pain Management, Hypertension, Lipid Management and care of the elderly.

MORPh is a pharmacist managed and pharmacist led organisation with approaching 20 years of experience in supporting pharmacy professionals working in primary care. Our approach is one of involvement, integration and participation, with learning being embedded into practice using a case based approach.
